Saturn is an all-vegetarian spot in the heart of Santa Cruz, creating tasty comfort food fare like quesadillas and burgers. And what’s a more comforting beverage than a glass of cold kombucha? (Nuthin’, if you ask us!)

Luckily, the brand they have on tap is one of our all-time faves: Lev's Original. The cafe has two taps of Lev's, with rotating flavors. Lev's is brewed in oak barrels, and that soft oaky note just goes so well with the yummy food they serve here! There's a bar area, where you can sit and sip on your booch, or lounge in the main area, which is fun and quirky!

We love the cute, space-themed vibe in here, with little stars and Saturn-shamed lamps. Clearly, the people behind the eatery have whimsical taste, and we're glad they brought it to Saturn!
