No one does food trucks like Portland. Here, they are ubiquitous, tiny houses filled with yummyness. One such truck is Back To Eden bakery and you can find it inside Southeast's "Tidbit Food Farm and Garden," which is like a food truck Disneyland.

Back to Eden has some decadent vegan sweet and savory desserts, including this Brew Dr. kombucha float! They use the Love flavor (it's got organic rose and chamomile in there), which they pour over a generous swirl of vanilla soft-serve. Pure heaven. Especially when paired with this adorable lavender poppy seed cupcake. One word: Whoa.
