If you ever find yourself in Ojai, you must stop by the charming, hidden gem that is Hip Vegan. Besides having an amazing menu, they have a wonderful outdoor area, and of course booch! Lots of it.

You will probably have a hard time deciding on what to order (bowls! wraps! tacos! sandwiches!), but start with this one: Ray's Reuben. It's heavenly. Made with grilled seitan, vegan cheeze, sauerkraut, cucumbers, serano chile, thousand island dressing, it's served on toasted rye bread. Even the pup on the Kombucha Dog bottle is coveting that goodness!
