What goes really well with kombucha? Well, just about anything. But in our book, there are two things that go especially well with a cold glass of booch: Ice cream and a veggie burger! You can find both at San Diego's Evolution Fast Food! Though it may look no-frills from the outside, Evolution got serious game when it comes to burgers, fries and other comfort foods.

The mushroom swiss burger (pictured) is a melty, gooey flavor explosion. The patty—choose between three kinds—is cooked perfectly, and the fries are on point (they come with chili and cheese on top too!) The best part: Their impeccable kombucha floats, made with their own oat milk soft-serve ice cream and kombucha from the tap. They also have lovely outdoor area, and are just around the corner from the famed Balboa Park.
